Denali Reflection

This is a reflection of Denali (Mt. McKinley) on a pond near Wonder Lake in Denali National Park. It was early in the morning and the water was like a mirror.

    The mountain in the distance appears like a dream, faintly recalled in the light of day. Beautiful shot!

    Denali the great one. Acknowledging in the local dialect The Singular magnificence of the tallest mountain in the United States. one can appreciate this mountain all the way from Anchorage to most the way to Fairbanks. Denali I feel could be referring in summer it’s a place out there on the horizon from Anchorage that hides the Sun for its few moments between sunset and sunrise hard to know twilight from dawn.
